PrivacyCut includes the full vault and a multi-track editor. First choose a vault; the waiting page then offers project creation, opening and vault management. New projects and imported copies belong to that selected vault. The computer may stay online while protected content processes run with restricted networking and file paths. Use non-sensitive test material to learn the timeline: select a clip, trim its start and end, place clips in sequence and preview the result. Add manual captions or your own local subtitle and audio files. Crop or mask material that should not appear. Check the entire output, including the first and last frames and transitions: an overlay placed on one clip does not prove every sensitive frame is covered.先用非敏感测试素材熟悉时间线：选片段、调整起止、排列顺序并预览。可添加手动字幕、本地字幕文件及自己的音频。把不该出现的画面裁掉或遮挡。导出前检查全片，尤其首尾帧及转场；在一个片段放遮挡并不能证明全部敏感帧都已处理。
Licensing connectivity is separate授权联网与素材处理分开
Ordinary licences are checked by a separate module at startup and permit up to seven days offline after a successful check. This is not permanently offline licensing. The module handles necessary licensing identifiers, a device digest and generic registration information; it should not receive files, thumbnails, vault paths or recovery keys. Payment and website records are separate from the content process. A revoked licence may stop paid editing, not remotely delete your vault.普通许可由独立模块启动时校验，成功后最多离线七天，并非永久离线授权。模块只处理必要许可标识、设备摘要及通用注册信息，不应接收文件、缩略图、库路径或恢复密钥。支付及网站记录与素材进程分开。授权撤销可停止付费编辑，不会远程删除保险库。
Choose the output consciously明确选择输出方式
The current verified editing target is 1080p, not an advertised 4K release. Save an encrypted finished copy in the vault, or explicitly export plaintext outside vaults on the bound USB. Neither a project file alone nor a recovery key replaces a complete backup.
